        At the heart of MindShield Consultancy is Deepali Ingle, a seasoned industry leader in PoSH Compliance. She has been working as PoSH Consultant, Trainer, and ICF-Certified Life Coach with over 20 years of experience. With a Master of Laws (LLM) specializing in Law of Crimes and Business Laws, she combines her legal expertise with a passion for creating inclusive and respectful workplaces.

        Deepali is a Member, Local Committee, Women and Child Development Department, Mumbai City. 

        Deepali is certified in globally recognized programs, including CPD, SHRM, and HRCI Train the Trainer certifications, making her a trusted leader in PoSH, gender sensitization, and diversity training.

        Her work spans industries and communities, having trained thousands of employees and IC members while also conducting awareness programs in schools, colleges, and societies.

        Deepali’s vision goes beyond compliance—she’s dedicated to fostering a culture of safety and respect in every environment she touches.
